ONE ROOM CHALLENGE: WEEK 4: WE HAVE A FLOOR!...and thats about it...
One of my goals this week was to have my beautiful Kenmore Elite washer and dryers up and running this week. I am so bummed to tell you that that didn't happen, BUT...ITS NOT MY FAULT! I SWEAR!!! I reeeealllllyy wanted to start doing laundry as much as the next person but the renovation Gods had another plan and LOST my grout order! I had to get a custom color to match the brick tiles and it did not come in on time, we have to have the back wall grouted before the washers and dryers can go in you see. Otherwise we would just have to move them again and that would be no Bueno. SOOOOO we finished the floor and painted instead!

WAHHHH!!! SOoooo! Pretty, I know this pattern is trendy right now but I couldn't resist it, mainly because the pattern is super fun and I love it but also because it was pretty much dirt cheap. I think I paid about $3.50 per square foot. Cant beat that!

This fabric is just so classic. I am so happy I finally get to have a little of it in my home!
It is starting to look a little bit more like my rendering! YAY!
